As one of the first CVO models, the FXR3 brought factory-customized, high-accessory, limited-run motorcycles to the market, marking a brief return for the beloved FXR chassis, which is widely considered one of the best-handling frames Harley-Davidson ever produced.  This particular unit wears a custom black and blue paint job which stands out from the factory candy cobalt and midnight blue flame paintwork it originally came with.  Archival documentation from Harley-Davidson confirms that only 64 blue flame models were ever produced, making this an incredibly rare and hard to find motorcycle.
